Brad Cutler, MSc (Internet Technology)
Owner & Lead Developer

Brad started Intrinsic Web Solutions (at that time Intrinsic Consulting) in 1998 while studying Computing and Information Science at the University of Guelph. He has over a decade of web application and database development experience with clients such as Environment Canada and the Canadian Association on Water Quality.

In 2007, Brad graduated with distinction from the Masters of Computer Science program at the University of Greenwich in London, United Kingdom. He specialized in Internet Technology; studying and gaining practical experience in topics such as distributed programming, data modelling and database development, mobile web applications, and architectures for building internet-enabled enterprise systems.

Steve Cutler, BA (Economics), Diploma in Business Administration
Project Manager

Steve started working in the personal lines Insurance business and moved into a process/systems role. He became the Canadian representative to develop, train, and audit on workflows for new computer systems. Wanting to do more with technology, Steve moved to another insurance company to work in their IT department. Steve has always been fascinated with making technology work for people, to help them accomplish more. Steve has worked as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, and System Project Director.

Josh Hevenor, BMath (Computer Science)
Software Developer

Josh is a University of Waterloo graduate in Computer Science and a specialist in mapping technical designs to business processes. Before coming to Intrinsic Josh spent time bringing his data management knowledge to the automotive industry and worked for the government in research and development.
