Brad Cutler, MSc (Internet Technology)
Owner & Lead Developer

Brad started Intrinsic Web Solutions (at that time Intrinsic Consulting) in 1998 while studying Computing and Information Science at the University of Guelph. He has over a decade of web application and database development experience with clients such as Environment Canada and the Canadian Association on Water Quality.

In 2007, Brad graduated with distinction from the Masters of Computer Science program at the University of Greenwich in London, United Kingdom. He specialized in Internet Technology; studying and gaining practical experience in topics such as distributed programming, data modelling and database development, mobile web applications, and architectures for building internet-enabled enterprise systems.

Sarah Quinlan, BES (Resource Management), MA (Policy and Planning)
Web designer/Office manager

Sarah started her career with Environment Canada working with databases and information management. She then went on to do her Master's degree, furthering her understanding of project management, data gathering, and analysis. She has previously worked with other web development companies on website design and creation. As a part of the Intrinsic Web Solutions team, she is involved in website maintenance, evaluating the user experience, and office administration.
