Webmail	Webmail allows you to access your email from any web browser, like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox without having to install any email software on your computer.
Calendar	The web-based calendar allows you to track all of your appointments, tasks and important reminders from within the webmail interface.
Contact Manager	The contact manager allows you to store address book information for an unlimited number of contacts and groups - all information is accessible from within webmail.
Company Directory (coming soon)	The company directory is populated with contact information from within the control panel and can be accessed by all employees via the contact manager within webmail.
Spam Filtering	Our spam filtering system protects you from junk email and allows administrators and users to BlackList and SafeList senders as well as control filtering sensitivity.
Virus Scanning	Our dual-scanning virus protection incorporates two separate anti-virus scanners for maximum protection from computer viruses and security threats.
Control Panel	The control panel allows email administrators to manage their account settings, create, modify and delete mailboxes, setup aliases, and much more.
POP3/IMAP/SMTP	These are standard protocols that allow you to use your favorite desktop software like Outlook and Thunderbird and wireless devices such as Blackberry and Treo.
50MB Attachments	Send and receive attachments up to 50 MB in size.
SSL Encryption	We provide SSL encryption for all email services in order to encrypt your data so that others cannot view it. This is very important for passwords and confidential emails.
Unlimited Email Aliases	You can create as many email aliases as needed, each of which can forward to a total of 50 email accounts. Up to four of those recipients can be sent to external email accounts.
Checking External Mail	Users are able to set up third party email accounts within the webmail interface. This allows users to check email from multiple accounts from a single webmail interface.

There are some other, less obvious improvements that are now available in the webmail interface:

• Drag Checkboxes (only works on the email list)
  Click on a checkbox and hold down the mouse button as you roll over other checkboxes. It's an easy way to select multiple mailboxes, and works for unselecting too.
   
• Read Message in Plain Text
  If you Alt+Click or Alt+DoubleClick an email message, it will display that email message in plain text. Useful for opening spam.
   
• Delete Messages Permanently (only works on the email list)
  If you hold down the shift key while pressing the 'Delete' button above the email list, any messages selected will be deleted from your system permanently, without first moving them to the trash. Be careful!
